Tenterfield Shire Council Ward Boundaries
Council, at the Ordinary Meeting of 19 December 2007 resolved that following:
Council Resolution 779/07 - Resolved that Council, having received no submissions, advise the Electoral Commissioner that the proposed changes to the ward boundaries has been subject to the provisions of Section 210A (2)-(5) of the Local Government Act in regard to consultation, public notice and exhibition of the proposal, and that there are no further changes to the ward boundary plan identified as Option A and previously referred to the Electoral Commissioner for consultation, as a result of the exhibition and submission process.
