Proposed Establishment of Alcohol Free Zones in Tenterfield, Drake and Urbenville under Section 644 of the Local Government Act 1993 for the priod 31 October 2009 to 30 October 2013 . Any person or group wishing to make a representation or objection to Council, should do so in writing, detailing the grounds of any objections. Submissions, addressed to the General Manager, must be lodged by no later than 4.00 pm on Wednesday, 30 September 2009. Any enquiries in relation to this matter should be directed to Council's Director of Environmental and Community Services during office hours, on (02) 6736 6000.
