Planning & Development

Planning and Development Issues are the responsibility of Council's Environmental Services Department.

Town Plannings aims are to encourage the proper management, development and conservation of the natural and man made environment.

Building and Development aims are to implement a "one stop shop" system for timely delivery of approvals, enhance building and development standards within the Shire and enhance architectural quality and energy efficiency of newbuildings and developments.
